Labor is the key to providing service.  Investment in training includes:

• Dry Ice Blasting process training
• Man lift training
• Confined space training
• Lead abatement training
• Equipment maintenance and repair training

Standardized Safety Gear is provided for each laborer. 

• 3M Full face mask
• Ear muffs
• Hard Hats
• Steel toed shoes - when applicable
• Leather gloves
• Tyvek suites

Additional gear is stocked on the rig.  This includes, and not limited to:

• 1^st aid
• Safety vests
• Hard hats
• Lanyards and straps
• Lights
• Fans
• Air filters
• Plywood
• Plastic covering
• Cleaning agents.
